1. Scope & Application
- These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all Distributors (CSPs), Resellers, and employees using the Voucher Distribution Management Platform (“Platform”) managed by ITLS / Fast Lane Group, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE (“Fast Lane”).
- By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to these T&C and to the associated Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- Distributor / CSP — an entity approved by Microsoft (via PDM) that controls voucher allocation to resellers.
- Reseller — an organization added by a Distributor, whose employees can request vouchers.
- Voucher — a code or entitlement for a Microsoft exam, subject to validity and redemption rules.
- Expiry Date — the date by which the exam must be scheduled and taken.
- Redemption — the act of using the voucher code to book an exam.
3. Voucher Issuance & Use
- Vouchers are provided for Microsoft certification exams only.
- The voucher must be scheduled and taken on or before the expiry date. After this date, the voucher is void.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
- By accepting and/or using the voucher, you agree to the Microsoft Voucher Terms and Conditions.
- Fast Lane or Microsoft may revoke vouchers in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these T&C.
4. Distributor / CSP Obligations
- Distributors must only add legitimate Resellers and allocate voucher limits appropriately.
- Once voucher limits are approved, they cannot be reduced or re-allocated downward.
- Distributors are responsible for ensuring Resellers comply with these T&C.
5. Reseller & User Responsibilities
- Resellers do not self-register; they are added by Distributors.
- Once added and approved, Resellers receive a confirmation email with access to the request form.
- Employees must use vouchers responsibly and within their validity period.
- Users are encouraged to schedule exams as early as possible, since availability may be limited closer to expiry.
6. Monitoring & Notifications
- Fast Lane continuously monitors voucher redemption status.
- Reminder notifications will be sent until a voucher is redeemed or returned.
- Unredeemed vouchers will expire automatically after the expiry date.
7. Data & Reporting
- Voucher allocation and redemption status may be reported to Microsoft in aggregated or anonymized form for compliance and reporting.
- No user-specific personal data (e.g., names, emails) will be shared with Microsoft or third parties, unless required by law.
- Distributors may receive voucher usage reporting at the reseller level, without disclosure of individual employee data.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
- Fast Lane is not liable for:
• Missed scheduling or exam slots due to late booking
• Expired or unredeemed vouchers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Fast Lane’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to T&C
- Fast Lane reserves the right to update these T&C. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform with a new effective date.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
